Notions

Thread - For most sewing needs, we carry polyester and cotton thread in a wide variety of colours from Gutermann.
For embroidery machines, we carry the full line of threads from Hemingworth. We also have an assortment of embroidery threads from Janome and Sulky.
For sergers, we have a variety of threads on cones.
We also have the Konfetti cotton thread from Wonderfil and an assortment of other quilting threads.
Needles - We have Schmetz needles for most sewing machines and sergers. The Schmetz needles are of good quality and provide excellent value.
We also carry needles for Singer machines, and have a selection of Unique hand-sewing needles and knitting needles by Susan Bates.
Buttons and Fasteners - We have 3 turnstiles with a wide selection of buttons. We also have an assortment of specialty fasteners.
Scissors and Cutters - We carry scissors and rotary cutters from Mundial, Fiskars and Olfa. We also carry cutting boards.
Ribbons and Lace - We have a variety of laces and ribbons.
Velcro - We have the hook and loop fastening system, commonly known as "velcro".
Zippers - We carry an assortment of zippers, large and small.
Stuffing - We have an assortment of stuffing and pillow bats.

The Hemingworth spool has a protective cap that preserves thread quality by blocking dust, oil and other harmful elements. The removable stopper traps thread, preventing unraveling and tangling during storage.
