Knit-N-Stitch began serving the Annapolis Valley in the 1970s
in the Country Gardens Mall offering fabric, yarn, knitting
supplies and sewing supplies. In the late 1980s it became an
authorized Singer dealer.

In April, 1998, the current owners, Dianne & Wayne Hines
bought Knit-N-Stitch, minus the sewing machine dealership
and moved it down the street to the Kings Centre Plaza.

On the urgings of customers, we became an authorized Janome
dealer in September, 1999. Less than two years later,
Husqvarna Viking asked us if we would consider carrying their
excellent line of sewing machines and sergers.
In 2007, we became an authorized dealer for Elna sewing machines
and sergers and, in late 2009, we became the authorized Singer dealer
for the Valley area.
In the fall of 2010, Bernina Canada approached us seeking a storefront
location and we became an authorized Bernina dealer in early 2011.

We service what we sell. We have taken technical training from
the companies we represent so we can provide advice and service
for your machine.
We also can provide service and parts for most other makes of
sewing machines and sergers.
